  • Vinification

    50% Dingac and 50% Teran. 5 weeks of maceration. Fermentation on 28 ºC within own yeasts. Aged for 4.5 years in barrels. Plavac Mali aged in a combination of barrique (225L) and tonneau (500L) barrels. Teran spent equal time in a big oaken barrel of 25hl. Six months before bottling both wines were blended. Bottling without filtration;
